Our story began with a vision to build a practice offering high quality mental health support that is accessible to all, from therapists with a genuine commitment to ethical practice, continual learning, and most of all – the recovery of their clients. While our journey began in Toronto, Ontario we have now expanded to Alberta. As our practice continues to grow our aim is to expand throughout the country. Through our virtual offerings we can now reach clients anywhere in the world – providing you with exceptional therapeutic support from the comfort of your own home.

Our team of highly qualified therapists are here to support you with a broad range of concerns. We take the guesswork out of finding quality care by ensuring each therapist is thoroughly vetted. Our services are covered by most private insurance providers for clients in Ontario & Alberta. Direct billing is also available through many extended health plans.
