Our story began with a vision to build a practice offering high quality mental health support that is accessible to all, from therapists with a genuine commitment to ethical practice, continual learning, and most of all – the recovery of their clients. While our journey began in Toronto, Ontario we have now expanded to Alberta and British Columbia. As our practice continues to grow our aim is to expand throughout the country. Through our virtual offerings we can now reach clients anywhere in the world – providing you with exceptional therapeutic support from the comfort of your own home.
