It is never easy to share your thoughts and your emotions to someone you do not know well, but I promise there are advantages. The benefit: unbiased, non-judgemental, confidential and compassionate, qualified support. My role is to provide guidance; help you analyze, dissect, and organize your thoughts; and apply techniques and strategies that work. I'll help you feel comfortable by adopting a gradual and reflective approach. It's simple, I want you to see me as your confidante.
Let us walk that road together.
