Service Description
It can be difficult to choose the right therapist for you. For this reason we are offering a free 15min phone consultation with the therapist of your choice to briefly discuss your issue and feel confident that we can support you. Please indicate the best phone number to reach you when booking. *Please note that you may book up to one free consultation per therapist. To cancel or reschedule please provide 24hrs notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in loss of ability to book additional free consultations whether with the same or a different therapist.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session please contact us at least 48 hours (during business days) in advance. With the exception of rare and unforeseeable circumstances subject to our discretion, a late cancellation charge of $90 will apply. This fee may not be waived on more than one occasion per client within a 12 month period. Packages, plans, and add-on services may be cancelled at any time for an account credit.
