Unused sessions do not expire Actual session talk time with therapist is 50mins. Remaining 10mins are for therapist to log your session notes to ensure quality client care and adhere to ethical guidelines for documentation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a session please contact us at least 48 hours (during business days) in advance. With the exception of rare and unforeseeable circumstances subject to our discretion, a late cancellation charge of $90 will apply. This fee may not be waived on more than one occasion per client within a 12 month period. Packages, plans, and add-on services may be cancelled at any time for an account credit.
